Laurie & Ian celebrated their beautiful wedding at Indian Pond Country Club in Kingston. Having flashbacks? Yup, I was there just a couple of weeks ago, haha!
Oh, and I can’t post photos of their wedding, without mentioning their fabulous videographer, Timothy Bakland! He was so much fun to work with, and I can’t believe how quickly he posted their preview. I usually don’t get to see the final video (nor a preview), so it’s usually really hard for me to recommend *any* videographers. Having said this, have a look at Laurie’s & Ian’s preview and judge yourself. I’d say: WOW! Amazing!

Lisa & David, one of the sweetest couples I’ve met got married almost 2 weekends ago. It was such a pretty event and if you just spend 2 minutes with them you can just tell how much in love these two are!

Alright, I will admit it, I am not a good writer. Haha. I started of putting little captions in between the photos after I uploaded the photos, and all that came in my mind was “beautiful” & “pretty” – that’s because it just really was! Some of you ladies might recognize this sweet (soon to be / for the second time) mommy & her family. :o) Last weekend I had the GREAT pleasure to photograph Darcy (who is also a photographer!!) and her sweet little family. (shhhhhht you have to check out her blog too … just saying) :o) We made a deal a while back, and exchanged pregnancy shoots, this time it was Darcy’s turn, yay!

Soooo, I started working on this new set tonight … When I started of writing a photo blog, I never thought how hard it would be to choose photos to post. Sometimes you have so many, that you don’t know where to start, haha! This one was a tough cookie, I honestly don’t know which one my favorite is! … you tell me!
8 months old baby Max visited me last Saturday for a little shoot, and boy did I fall in love with this little man!! He was allll smiles until we called it a wrap :o)

Celina & Brian got married at the Hall of Springs in beautiful Saratoga, NY. I’ve never been there before so this was my first visit and I have to say, it’s a truly beautiful city & venue to get married at! It was a HOT (hot, hot, hot AND humid – oh so humid day), BUT, after the initial rain the sky opened up and we had nothing but beautiful weather. It sure was a sublime wedding.
I hope you guys enjoy your preview – this time with some party shots :o)

I loved your beautiful necklace, Celinda! So very pretty!
And I loooved that huge mirror in the room :o) Even if the space in that particular spot was rather tight, I love all the sneaky mirror shots I was able to get :o)

We got some nice getting ready photos, the ceremony was wonderful … got some awesome photos with the fun bridal party, … some beautiful photos of the 2 of them, the photographer is already veeeery happy, haha … and now just tell me they’ll all end up on the dance floor! … Sure thing they did!! What a perfect wedding!! :o)
Let me tell you … this was no sleepy party …

Hello Goooorgeous! :o) This is the reason why I tell everybody to get pregnancy photos done! Ladies … I don’t care if you get them done with me or somebody else (I am not much of a sales person), BUT get them done!!! It’s such a special time in your life … and you’ll have some beautiful photos to look at + to show to your kids some years down the road.
Alexis was one of my gorgeous 2009 brides, …. let’s say it was no surprise to anybody she’d be a gorgeous soon-to-be-mommy too …. but I think this is taking it to a whole new level! ;o)

The most difficult part for me, when posting some new wedding photos is the writing part, I am not good at it and it’s always the last thing on my to-do list, haha. There is no way, my words will do this wedding justice, and I’m having real difficulties expressing how much I loved being part of your big day! Meet Zandra. Zandra & Jesse were THE first wedding couple I shot. They are some of our dear friends from way back, in fact our husbands are best friends, and Zandra & I started dating them pretty much at the same time, back when we were all living in Switzerland (ah, good old times!) :o)
Zandra & Jesse came and visited us for a couple of days before they move back to Sweden where Zandra is actually from, so I *had* to take the opportunity to take some photos of her, … who could resist such a pretty model-victim :o) Guess she’s my proof that all my wedding couples survive my photo shoots (haha) but even more important … they still talk to me too, haha!

Melissa & Jake held their ceremony & reception at Aldrich Mansion in Rhode Island. If you’re still looking for a venue … seriously … you HAVE to go and visit them, this is one of the nicest wedding venues I’ve seen, and they’re all sooo nice there!
